Xceed - Psychic Romance ― Prologue Summary & Thoughts

Now that I have a system that can play more otome companies than just Voltage and NTT Solmare, I've been exploring and checking out more mobile otoge. *u*

Xceed - Psychic Romance (エクシード~超能恋愛~) is a game by Genius LLC recently released in English on June 29, 2016. The summary given is as follows:

“You lived the normal life of a high school student. You have always had a strange dream — is it of a past memory you’ve forgotten or something entirely different?

One weekend you go on a club trip with members of the Super Science Club you are a member of. There some strange phenomenon happens to your childhood friend, Haruma Motoki, which is followed by the appearance of an unidentified detective and a strange researcher.

The wheel of fate spun by your forgotten memories has begun to turn once more.”

Like everyone else, Manga Gamer has their own set of games announced at Anime Expo! However since I am a small and biased target audience, the only two titles that catch my attention are their BL and otome ones lmao (≖‿≖ *)

Yui: … ...Hmm, is this right? I don’t think the peaks are firm enough… … [T/N: click here for more info on whipping peaks]

(It seems sweet enough, but i'd like to whip it a bit more)

*Yui continues whisking*

Yui: … ...Haa. This is more work than I thought… …

*Azusa Enters*

Azusa: Yui-san, I found you… …

Yui: Oh, Azusa-kun. Weren’t you with the others?

-Flashback; Scene: Orphanage Room-

Azusa: … ...Can you drink water?

Kou: I’m not sure… …*cough*, *cough*!

Azusa: A-Are you alright… …? Your temperature’s getting higher… … And your forehead’s hot.

Kou: … …*cough*, *cough*... ...Ahh… ...I think so.

Azusa: Hey, should we tell the officials that you got sick?

Kou: … ...No, don’t. If we tell, I’ll get put in a special room I think.

But… … *cough* I don't want that.

Azusa: … … … …? Isn’t it better to be put in a special room?

Kou: I don’t think so… … *cough*

Azusa: … … … …?

(Why isn’t it better? He’d be able to recover if he went)

(He should go to receive treatment. Won't he be able to heal quicker rather than staying here in pain?)

-Scene: Bedroom-

Yui: … …It’s quiet.

Azusa: … …You’re right. Unlike last time, I don’t hear any wolves howling… …

Yui: (Well, that’s good)

(Though, that’s to be expected since our Tsukinami pursuers haven’t come yet… …)

(How long will this peace last… …?)

Azusa: … …Eve, you look pale.

Is it about the founders… …?

Yui: Yeah… …

(It’s not just Azusa-kun and his brothers here, but the Sakamakis as well)

(However, I don’t know if they can match the strength of the founders… …)

(Is it really safe… …? I don’t want anyone to get hurt… …)

Unboxing Diabolik Lovers More Blood Mukami/Tsukinami Mug

My phone's really bad, sorry

AHHHHHH A MUKAMI MUG!! And Tsukinamis but they're invisible to me

Akui preordered this for me as a Christmas gift since I didn't have a Mukami Mug of my own (b/c they're really hard to come by and not many mukami mugs are made in general //sobs) and now that it's released and arrived, it's gorgeous. (〃∇〃)

The art used is from the Alice in Wonderland version, with Carla/Shin/Ruki on one side and Kou/Yuma/Azusa on the other:

I've been using it about a week now??? It's a really nice mug! It has a nice glossy look, so I don't think the image will peel off or anything. The mug's also really good at retaining temperature too compared to general mugs I have at home (i.e. if you put a cold drink in it, it'll stay cold) and the inside doesn't stain easily.

If I had it my way, I would just display it with my collection. But then I'd get in trouble |D

Here's an example of Animate's special set for a more professional image of how the mug itself looks lol.

And of course, since it kinda goes along as a promo of the More Blood anime, it came with a little More Blood card, with a little snippet of episode 1 written on the back. ouob

*strokes mug forever*

Midnight Jiang Shis Vol. 2 Animate Tokuten - Midwinter Nightmare ~ Meimei & Rinrin Ver ~ Review

Not the tokuten art, but fitting enough no?

If you bought MJS volume 2 (Edit: 1&2) from Animate, then you probably received this gem of a tokuten cd. Honestly, this tokuten is hilarious; please, everyone should listen to it. (*≧▽≦)ﾉｼ)) Featuring Meimei (Kondo Takashi) and Rinrin (Takahashi Naozumi) at an onsen. For those who want to listen and read a translation, you can find it translated by the lovely Akui here.

Re: Rejet 「CHANGE」 Event Announcements

https://purplenurplewonder.wordpress.com/2016/02/10/rejet-change-winter-2016-new-project-announcement-event/

( ﾟ▽ﾟ)/ The person here above has the summaries, seiyuus, and known release dates of Rejet's winter lineup - announced at their CHANGE event - in a nice, easy-to-read format.

I share most of their sentiments about the series too (please read their comments, they're beautiful). Overall, I'm pretty disappointed about the lineup myself. （；¬＿¬) The only things I'm looking forward to are the BWS vita port, Dialovers Lost Eden game/Lost Eden drama/Versus III, and Wasurenagusa (once I catch up pfff). Maybe G-Goku Onsen, but it's not up on the priority list. And maybe iD Best because that man has written many beautiful songs.

Guess I should take this as a sign to catch up on all the older Rejet works I've been meaning to listen to. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Rejet 「CHANGE」Event Announcements

Rejet's new sites are kinda overloaded at the moment. And then I fell asleep. So I'll try to edit things periodically!

It's that time again for Rejet to announce their new line-up!! Rejet has been super clever, because their event titles 2014-2016 form a phrase: Discover(y) Only One Change. ⊂((・▽・))⊃

-Monologue-

This scene――

It was back when I was human.

While I was still living with them all.

An adult had told me to fetch water,

And this would be the scene of what happened

After coming back――

-Flashback; Scene: Streets-

Azusa: Ah.

*Things Tumble Over*

Azusa: Ah.. … The bucket fell over… …

Gypsy Group Woman: Hey, what do you think you’re doing!?

Azusa: I… ...I’m sorry… …

Gypsy Group Woman: Honestly, this child can’t do anything at all! So useless!

Unboxing Persona 4 Dancing All Night: Disco Fever Edition

AHHHHH I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PICK THIS UP. Introducing the newest edition to my collection, Persona 4: Dancing All Night Disco Fever Edition! (aka the Limited Edition set). I'm weak when Persona's involved, and even weaker when rhythm games are involved, so of course I had to get it. (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ Despite being a rhythm game, it still has plot that most definitely ties into the rhythm aspect. And apparently Hatsune Miku is also in this game as a DLC, which I didn't find out until a few days ago hahaha.

First of all, the Disco Fever Edition (DFE) gives you a lovely reflective collector's box, as pictured above. A huge bonus for me was that if you preordered it from GameStop, you get a giant rad poster of the cover art with it!

If you don't know, I absolutely adore posters

ヾ(｡･ω･)ｼ This baby is definitely going to be hung proudly on my wall hnng. I'll have to see if using the double-sided tape method will work, since I don't want the picture to be torn off with the tape. I was also at school all day and didn't get to pick it up until at night, so I was really worried they'd run out of posters. (❁°͈▵°͈)

Now onto the fun stuff. What would a limited edition be without it's goodies!? (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧
