How to Get Extras in BWS ~Bloody Nightmare~ to Work

Well, I just finished up the good and bad endings of Mejojo's route and cried a bunch and started Arles' route when I realized... NONE OF MY CRAP WAS SAVING!! (」゜ロ゜)」 No CGs, no red vocab words, NOTHING. I already had the patch from Rejet, and uninstalling did nothing. And whoop de doo my luck, I played all that BWS in one sitting... My game froze, so I had to force quit, and guess who lost all those hours of progress. \(^o^)/ However, I found a little solution and will give a little how-to so that you can experience this heartbreaker game as well to it's full value.

Yui: (Phew, I’m so worn-out today… …)
(I wonder if Azusa-kun’s the same?)
Ah, Azu――
!!

Kanato: What’s wrong? You’re wearing such a surprised expression.

Yui: Kanato-kun… …

Kanato: No, that expression of yours is probably fright ―― am I right?
That’s only natural. At any rate, you betrayed us, of all the things――
Those are the actions of a vulgar person.

Yui: Kyaa!

Kanato: Now, come with me. You looked down on me. Time for you to compensate for your crimes.

Diabolik Lovers Versus II Vol 1 Ayato vs Laito Review

AHAHAHA I FINALLY GOT TO LISTEN TO THIS! Before I start though, I find it really ironic that lunar eclipses play a large role in their thirst, and the day that Ayato vs Laito came out there was a lunar eclipse. *snicker* I've been seeing so many people rave about this CD, and now it's my turn ouo

ALICE=ALICE (Alice in the Forbidden World) Vol. 1 Kuro Usagi Review

Well, since the ALICE=ALICE game is coming up, I decided to listen to the drama CD that made it possible. Basically this is Rejet's rendition of Alice in Wonderland with a biiiiit of a vorarephilia (vore) twist. Volume 1 features the Kuro Usagi (Black Rabbit). He used to be a white rabbit, but due to stress and whatnot, became a black rabbit. He's always pressed for time and he's a bit of a yan who just wants to die really. He talked to the king to returning on how to return to a white rabbit and well, that's where Alice/you come in.

Seventh Heaven vol 1 Akira Review

Oh look, I actually started at the beginning of a series this time.

One of Rejet's older-ish set of CDs brings us some Do-S singing Shinigami! \^o^/ I've actually had this volume sitting around on my computer for a while, so it's high time I listened to it lol. Basically MC-chan is about to commit suicide when one of the shinigami from the Seventh Heaven pops up! The reason you're able to see these Shinigami (lit. Death Gods) is because you long for death so much that you can no longer escape that fate. Whether they send you to Heaven or Hell is up to them, but you have to wait until the next full moon until the doors to the other world are opened. Otherwise, your soul can't enter while it's sealed. In the meantime, you have to live in the Hiiragi Mansion for the month until the time comes. You'll be able to escape the pain of death with the pleasure they give you, and you have no choice but to die by their hand since you've seen them. Ah, but what happens when you fall in love~?

Kindan Vampire vol 6 Emperor of the Black Rose Alexander von Weiseheldenburg Review

Oops! I think I'm getting a TsudaKen bias (*≧▽≦)ノシ I uh seem to have a bad habit of starting at the end of a series, so I might be a little confused till I look some stuff up, but lol, oh biases.

Well I was in a vampire kind of mood, so I decided to listen to Kindan Vampire vol 6 Emperor of the Black Rose (Kindan Kyuuketsuki - Kurobara no Koutei) with Alexander von Weiseheldenburg. The story is set in 19-20th century with origins in Germany. Also, each different volume focuses on a different member of the Weiseheldenburg family (and all with a different heroine). Sooo much goes on in this CD. This volume focuses on Alexander, who I believe is the oldest of the Weiseheldenburgs. Also, this isn't R-18, but TsudaKen's voice/sucking, ohhhh my. ///3///

Hakuouki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom (PSP) Review

I've loved this series ever since I've stalked the Shinsengumi Kitan anime for weekly updates back in 2010. It was my first exposure to otome and visual novel, and I was drawn in to the whole political, historical fiction mixed in with demons, violence (c'mon they're warriors, they can't prance in a field of flowers all day), twists, and dark aspects of it. The story is fantastic and it's more than just your typical "fall head over heels in fluffyland" otome game.

Besides, what better way than to learn your (albeit a bit inaccurate) history AND have great oto-men?
( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
//slapped

Anyway, this story is basically about the rise and fall of the Shinsengumi with a dating and demon twist. You might be going "EW HISTORY", but trust me, it's more interesting than it sounds. The anime helps in understanding, but as always, the game is much preferred. If you know your history then basically you know how 90% of this game will turn out... EVERYONE DIES  (≧∇≦)ノ彡。.:*・゜☆ *throws confetti* Also, the only one surprised to find out Chizuru's a chick is Kondou because everyone else had already figured it out, as opposed to the anime where everyone is shocked and BL implications get thrown about. Multiple other people throughout the game see through her disguise as well: Kazama & his gang, Kaoru, Sei, Otori, and some random Imperial Army dudes. Even though they're trying to hide her true identity from all the other Shinsengumi members, they still make her run around serving tea, because that totally doesn't scream femininity LOL.

Before I start. . .
  • What's really nice about this game is that if you're not familiar with Japanese history, there's an encyclopedia that'll give you info on words highlighted in red.
  • Each character has about 3 endings: A Bad End, Good End w/ High Corruption, and Good End w/ Low Corruption. The "corruption" levels are determined by how often you choose blood or endure or give medicine
  • To get all said endings, it's best to have multiple save files starting from chapter 5, or just remember where choices branch off. I use about 1-2 per dude
  • Do remember that this game was originally on PS2 in 2008 before it was ported to PSP in 2009. And that was only Japan. The English version wasn't released until 2012. So yes, you'll have to wait a bit longer for it to save/load compared to more recent otomes.
  • Although the English translation is "Fury", I'm used to "Rasetsu". However, the terms are interchangeable. Same with "Ochimizu" and "Water of Life"
  • The original title is Hakuouki: Shinsengumi Kitan. However, it was translated to Hakouki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom *cough* Hijikata *cough*
  • Artist is Kazuki Yone 8D
Because I'm lazy, I won't mention all the historical things, like the battles. Feel free to Wikipedia or whatever the Shinsengumi battles though. 8D Since the game's English, I can play a route in about one sitting or so, so I can breeze through this game rather than taking a million years like everything else I play. Therefore, I'll just shove all the guys on one page. \(^o^)/ (Keep in mind though, the game is a bit long) The review will be in the order I played in.

As always, spoiler and image heavy, so if you don't want any of that, jump to "Conclusion"

Unwrapping Diabolik Lovers Illustrations!

Hoorah! My copy of the recent art book, Diabolik Lovers Illustrations, came in! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ *adds to the growing shrine of DiaLovers* It's my first Dialovers book; I'm so happy. (>v<*) The book released March 30th and I'm surprised how fast it came in. It was ordered March 31st from CDJapan and came April 3th. :D FedEx means business haha.

I originally planned to get the book from AmiAmi. I (well technically Akui) placed an order and waited about 2 days for a confirmation from AmiAmi so that payment could be made, but even though there were still preorders available, they completely removed it from their site! They didn't even send a notif, like wtf. (;¬_¬) So that left rushing last minute to get it via proxy services or CDJapan lol.

Diabolik Lovers Illustrations is 90some pages of finished and rough art. :3 If you already have the More Blood Visual Book then you might not really want to buy this one save for the couple pictures here and there that are new. But it's always a nice addition to the collection haha.

I might actually do some scans later. But for now, here are some lame-o pictures I took.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Dual Destinies Review Part II (Final) + Bad Ends

Hi! Well, back when I started my blog (My first review & post if you don't count the "Welcome" actually XD), I did this massive part I review of Dual Destinies. Many months of laziness later, I decided to just condense it all into one with much less detail. XD Oh and because I'm cheap, this doesn't cover the DLC *sigh*

Shinsengumi Mokuhiroku Wasurenagusa Vol.6 Yamazaki Susumu Review

I always see fans of Wasurenagusa, and it made me feel a little lonely that I didn't know what all the rave was about. :\ Shinsengumi stories are always fun, so I've decidedly to very lately jump onto the Wasurenagusa Bandwagon. \^o^/ Yamazaki seems to be a favorite, so I'll start with him. Even though he's the last volume; lovely logic Tsuki-chan.

Soine Hitsuji Drama CD Vol 1-4 Review

Well, I recently found out about this series, which is a collab by Honeybee x Black Butterfly, and got inspired to listen to it after hearing about the release of the two newest volumes. Also... I suppose this is a combination of each company's CD series, Shukan Soine and Hitsuji de Oyasumi? XD (Neither of which I've listened to, but I guess I'll have to now lol) I'm an easily pleased woman, so why not listen to something simple haha. The art is by Kazuki Yone, and it's very pretty as usual~ (Artist of series like Hakuouki, Hiiro no Kakera, Nobunaga the Fool and Kamiaso). They even have sheep horns! >v< So, this'll just be a general review since there's not much to actually talk about: it's all about fluffy bed cuddles and counting sheep LOL. There's 4 volumes for this set, and each dude represents a different season, with 7 tracks in each CD. (There's also a free app version, but I don't have a smartphone uwu). Usually seiyuu and (imaginary) MC-chan converse about the day's event before he goes off to count sheep. Also, the last track is about each seiyuu thanking you for listening going going on to talk about his experience with recording the CD. It's pretty entertaining. (・∀・)

So I decided to play a thing....

DAFUQ did I just play. ಠ_ಠ

Yeah, I'd say this sums up my reaction pretty well.

Warning: Much Yaoi/Kinks/NSFW ahead. And immaturity and wtf-ness. Though 99.9% NSFW. You've been warned~ Prepare your Brain Bleach: It's pretty bad. XD
